NEWSSep 14, 2022Israel Will Ban Four Engine Planes in 2023Beginning on March 31, 2023 Israel will ban the Boeing 747 and other four engine aircraft in a statement from the Israel Airports Authority (IAA) in hopes of reducing noise and air pollution. The IAA also says it has told airlines that they will not be able to operate large aircraft at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) for the summer season.
