NEWSAirbus to Cut 15,000 Jobs Amidst Covid-19One of the largest aircraft manufacturers, Airbus, will be cutting around 15,000 jobs due to the lull in production as a result of Coronavirus. In February, they stopped production of the a320 in Asia in hopes of preventing the spread of COVID-19. NEWSBritish Airways Cuts Jobs Due to Coronavirus PandemicResulting from the travel ban in the U.K., British Airways has warned it's workers that they are struggling to survive on a crisis "worse than 9/11" caused by the coronavirus epidemic.
