NEWS New JAL Special Livery Designed in Commemoration for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics MATSUSHIMA, JPN - Last Friday, a Boeing 787 operated by Japan Airlines (JAL) and All Nippon Airlines (ANA) delivered the Olympic fire after a long journey from Greece. The aircraft, a special painted Dreamliner nicknamed "Tokyo 2020 Go" is a former JAL special livery jet with the registration JA837J. NEWS Last Flight for the Phantom OMITAMA, JPN — The Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) ended their only reconnaissance squadron, the 501st Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron based at Hyakuri Air Base, couple miles northeast of Tokyo.
