NEWS Aug 30, 2022 Lufthansa Receives its First Ever Boeing 787 On the afternoon of August 29, 2022, Lufthansa's first-ever Boeing 787 Dreamliner lifted off from Boeing's main headquarters at Everett Paine Field near Seattle, Washington. The following morning at 11:02 local time, the aircraft landed in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA). NEWS Aug 30, 2022 PHOTOS: Underside Panel Ripped Off of United 767 Mid-Flight On Thursday, August 26, 2022, a United Airlines Boeing 767-400 performing flight UA 23 to Dublin (DUB) lost one of its main underside panels during its departure from Newark (EWR). After hearing the loud bang - the sound of the panel flying off the aircraft - the pilots decided to continue to Dublin, where the flight made a safe but late landing.
