A United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved financing for the airline of over 700 Million USD. The Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) agreement's terms are almost identical to the ones SAS announced on August 14, 2022, with the financing credit agreement managed by Apollo Global Management.
