Other than these two large packages of routes, Frontier also expanded to other airports like Baltimore/Washington(BWI).  Baltimore/Washington is a recently launched destination for Frontier, and it looks like it is doing well to warrant this expansion.  Here is a list of their recently announced routes:

Frontier has also introduced expansion in Los Angeles/Ontario(ONT), an airport that is about 40 miles from Downtown LA.  The airport is an alternative to LAX.  For example, China Airlines flies to ONT.  Here is the slate of new routes:

Finally, Frontier has expanded a lot to the Carribean in this schedule update especially to San Juan.  Here is their schedule:

Frontier's expansion to the Carribean, Miami, and New York City shows their rapid expansion plan. Frontier has expanded rapidly in the last few years with more than 150 aircraft on order.  In fact, the airline is expected to double in size by 2023.

What are your thoughts on Frontier's huge expansion?  Do you think some of these decisions were straight out of a dartboard?  Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
