Air France, renowned for its commitment to culinary excellence, has unveiled a new culinary partnership with triple Michelin-starred French chef Dominique Crenn. Passengers flying from select destinations in the U.S. can now savor exquisite dishes crafted by Chef Crenn in the La Première and Business cabins, enhancing the airline's onboard dining experience.

The Meals
Since February 1, travelers departing from Chicago (ORD), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), Newark (EWR), San Francisco (SFO), and Seattle (SEA) have been treated to a selection of twelve original dishes meticulously crafted by Chef Crenn. These culinary delights, which showcase inventive and poetic French cuisine, will gradually roll out to all Air France destinations in the United States during the spring and summer.
In La Première, passengers can indulge in decadent offerings such as lobster with pico de gallo and tea sauce or a root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce. Meanwhile, Business travelers can delight in dishes like Californian Charbonnier with quinoa and marinière sauce or an open ravioli with courgette, tomato, hazelnut, and parmesan sauce. Air France will feature two signature dishes in each cabin monthly, including options for vegetarians and seafood lovers.
As the only woman in the United States with three Michelin stars for her Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Chef Dominique Crenn is renowned for her commitment to innovative and sustainable cuisine. Her partnership with Air France underscores the airline's dedication to offering passengers an unparalleled gastronomic experience featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

In addition to elevating the onboard dining experience, Air France is introducing new initiatives to combat food waste and enhance customer satisfaction. Business class passengers now have the option to pre-select their hot dish up to 24 hours before their flight, ensuring both choice and efficiency.
This collaboration with Chef Dominique Crenn is part of Air France's ongoing efforts to forge exceptional partnerships across its international network. From Singapore to Canada, La Réunion to the French West Indies, Air France continues to collaborate with renowned chefs to showcase the diversity and richness of French cuisine.
Along with this culinary partnership, Air France is expanding its network of U.S. destinations. This winter, the airline will operate flights to major cities, including Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Los Angeles, Miami, New York (JFK), San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. (IAD). Starting May 13, Air France will resume services to Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) and launch a new route to Phoenix (PHX) on May 23, further enhancing connectivity between Paris and the U.S.

Passengers traveling in Air France's exclusive La Première cabin can enjoy the utmost luxury and comfort on select flights to and from New York-JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Washington DC.
