Turkish Airlines to Provide Free In-Flight Unlimited Messaging Service

Turkish Airlines (TK), which flies to more countries than any other airline, has announced that it will provide free and unlimited messaging services to all passengers on international flights with internet access.

The Turkish carrier's new motto, "Enjoy Limitless Messaging", will allow passengers to use messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage, and other apps.

New Services

 

The free and limitless messaging service offered by Turkish Airlines will be available to all Miles&Smiles members at no additional cost. 

 

Non-members can also benefit from this service by filling out the Miles&Smiles membership form before or during the flight. Additionally, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members will receive improved free internet packages.

Turkish Airlines intends to exceed its passengers' expectations at every stage of their journey by offering them exceptional benefits.

 

The airline plans to initially introduce the limitless messaging service on its planes with Turk Telekom's internet access and then extend it gradually to all aircraft equipped with internet connectivity.

Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi commented on the new service: "As the national flag carrier, we are continuously introducing innovative developments to the aviation sector in Turkey.”

 

He further added that “By prioritizing customer satisfaction and utilizing our innovative approach, we are now allowing our passengers to stay in touch with their loved ones above the clouds by providing free and unrestricted messaging services."
