The Shuttle idea was an excuse to cut service and charge the same fares. The cabin crew fulfulled their sole purpose of being there to assist in evacuation. Easy for Steve Wolf to offer a reduction in benefits when he received, what? Thirty million dollars in a bonus payout annually?
