Global Crossing Airlines Announces Three-Year Summer Wet Lease Program with TUI Netherlands

Global Crossing Airlines Group, Inc. has entered into a wet lease agreement with TUI Airlines Netherlands BV for its European summer programs.

It will involve GlobalX providing two Airbus A320 aircraft and trained crews for peak season flying in July and August 2023, as well as in 2024 and 2025. Flights will operate on a daily basis throughout Europe, with Amsterdam as the base of operations.

Roel Martens, Head of Aviation Leases at TUI Airline, said that TUI and its airlines require extra aircraft capacity every year to meet the high season demand in their European markets, and GlobalX provides a perfect match for their needs.

He also expressed his happiness to work with GlobalX to transport TUI's guests to their holiday destinations in a press release.
