Boston Couple Turns $1.32 Million Home Purchase Into Fully-Funded Seychelles Getaway

For most homebuyers, closing on a property means new furniture, a fresh coat of paint, and a mortgage payment. For one Boston-area couple, it also meant a luxury family vacation halfway around the world – paid for entirely with points earned from the transaction itself.

Ngan, a registered nurse, and her husband Connor, a physician, recently moved back to the Boston area to be closer to family after the birth of their son.
