Boeing has appointed Joe Benson as the new president of its VIP jet division, Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), which provides commercial aviation services to personal air travel.
Benson will oversee sales, support, and operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes' portfolio of business jets for heads of state, VIP, corporate, and charter customers.

With over a decade of experience at Boeing, Benson is well-equipped to provide strong leadership continuity to BBJ's customers. Prior to his new role, he served as BBJ's deputy to the president and business director, leading key sales campaigns and business operations.

"As we look to the horizon, we are well-positioned to meet the strong business aviation demand by providing our customers an unrivalled travel experience and best-in-class economics," he said.
