Boeing Business Jets Names New President Joe Benson

Boeing has appointed Joe Benson as the new president of its VIP jet division, Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), which provides commercial aviation services to personal air travel.

 

Benson will oversee sales, support, and operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes' portfolio of business jets for heads of state, VIP, corporate, and charter customers.

With over a decade of experience at Boeing, Benson is well-equipped to provide strong leadership continuity to BBJ's customers. Prior to his new role, he served as BBJ's deputy to the president and business director, leading key sales campaigns and business operations.

Benson replaces Erika Pearson, who was recently named vice president of Boeing Commercial Airplanes Sales and Marketing in Southeast Asia & Oceania.

 

In his new position, Benson aims to continue the company's legacy of building capable and reliable business jets.
