Philippine Airlines to Launch Two New Flights to the USA

Philippine Airlines will launch two new routes to the U.S in May 2020 according to multiple sources.  


The first route that Philippine Airlines will launch is Cebu to Los Angeles on May 2nd, 2020.  The route was previously operated until May 2017.  The flight will be 3x weekly on the carrier's B777-300ER.  Here is the flight schedule:

The second route that Philippine Airlines will launch is Manila to Seattle on May 3rd, 2020.  The route will be 3x weekly on an A350-900.  Here is the flight schedule:

Philippine Airlines will have 5 U.S. destinations after their new flight to Seattle.  Currently, they fly to Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York-JFK, and San Francisco.  Cebu will also get its first transpacific flight with the resumption of its Los Angeles flight.

Philippine Airlines will be operating the Cebu to Los Angeles route with a B777-300ER. The carrier's 777 has 370 seats with 42 business class seats in a 2-3-2 configuration and 328 economy class seats in a 3-4-3 configuration.  Meanwhile, Philippine Airlines will be operating the Manila to Seattle with an A350-900.  The aircraft showcases 294 seats with 30 business class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, 24 premium economy seats in a 2-4-2 configuration, and 241 economy class seats in a 3-3-3 configuration.
